1. The agreement
By using Studio you agree to these terms. Studio lets you generate images and video with AI and manage a brand profile. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to any reference material you upload.
2. Your account
One account, one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think somebody else has access to it. You can close your account at any time, and we can close an account that breaks the rules below.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Studio to create unlawful content, infringe others' rights, impersonate real people without consent, or generate sexual content involving minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Model providers apply their own content rules on top of ours, and a refused generation is not a fault in your account. Studio tells you when a request was refused rather than silently swapping in a different model.
4. Credits and payments
Generation consumes credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law and do not expire. Prices and credit costs may change with notice.
Every charge is written to a ledger you can read. Work that is quoted before it runs — decoding a brand, learning an image style, a batch of images — is charged once and reconciled down to what actually ran, never up past the quote. If a job fails before it produces anything, it is not charged.
5. Subscriptions and top-ups
Access to the studio requires an active subscription. A subscription grants credits each month, and unused credits roll over rather than lapsing at the end of a period.
Card subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do yourself from billing; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have already paid for intact. Subscriptions paid in USDC do not auto-renew — each payment extends the period by one month, and it simply ends if you stop. One-off credit packs are top-ups for existing subscribers, not a way to buy access on its own.
6. Content and ownership
You retain rights to outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
Your brand bible, characters, references and generations are yours. We do not claim a licence to publish them and we do not use them to train models.
7. Availability and changes
Studio depends on third-party model providers and can be interrupted when they are. We may add, change or remove features, and we may change these terms; where a change materially affects you we will say so before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page tells you when the text last moved.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
